I graduated with a BSc (Hons) and Licence for Acupuncture from the well respected College of Integrated Chinese Medicine. I am qualified to practice both Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Five Element styles – the two most popular and well known treatments of acupuncture.
Chinese Medicine is a holistic treatment, taking mind, body and spirit into consideration. Its gentle and effective approach aims to achieve harmony within the body, to improve health and increase general wellbeing.
To compliment my practice, I have a Diploma in Tui-na (Dip TN), Chinese massage, which follows the principles of Chinese medicine, and as with acupuncture, this includes a thorough diagnosis and an individual personalised treatment. Other techniques that I am qualified to perform include Cupping, Guasha and Electroacupuncture.
Further studies led me to acheive a Diploma in fertility, gynaecology and obstetrics.
My nursing background has given me insight, knowledge and professionalism to assist with a wide range of clients and their needs. This has inspired me to help people in a more holistic way. I trained at Kings College London, have 24 years experience in general nursing and have specialised as a senior nurse in palliative care.

I am a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC), the UK’s largest professional body of Traditional acupuncture, I adhere to the strict codes and practice of conduct which ensure vigilant and safe practice.
I maintain my commitment to continuing professional development and am currently studying a new modality, CranioSacral therapy. I regularly practice Qi gong, yoga and meditation.
